We utilize a project feedback system where we ask for feedback from customers from individual projects Customers. On a scale of 1 to 5, our target is to reach a minimum of 4. Results are reported and reviewed throughout the organization. Capturing lessons learnt is an integral part of every project and serves several purposes. The lessons learnt serve as valuable input for use by other project managers who are assigned similar projects.
